Our bones come from the whole bodies of pasture-fed and finished beef we source from regeneratively-managed farms in NSW, Victoria and from Diemen's Ridge in Tasmania. All cattle are two to five years old and are rotationally-grazed across pastures which are managed to prioritise soil health and plant diversity without the use of synthetic fertilisers, pesticides or herbicides.
