How do you ensure the freshness of the meat during delivery?
All orders are packed in temperature-controlled, insulated boxes with food-grade gel ice packs to ensure your products remain at a safe, chilled temperature until they reach your doorstep.
Where do you source your livestock from?
We partner exclusively with sustainable, ethical farms that prioritize animal welfare. Our beef is grass-fed, and our poultry and pork are pasture-raised without the use of growth hormones or unnecessary antibiotics.
Can I customize the thickness of my steaks?
Yes, our master butchers can accommodate specific requests. Please use the 'Special Instructions' box at checkout to specify your preferred cut thickness or portion sizes.
What is your delivery area and schedule?
We currently deliver nationwide. Orders placed before 2:00 PM are eligible for next-day delivery Tuesday through Saturday. You will receive a tracking link once your order leaves our butchery.
What happens if I am not home when my order arrives?
Our courier will leave the package in a safe spot as designated in your delivery instructions. Because our packaging is designed to maintain temperature for up to 24 hours, your meat will stay fresh until you return.
What is your return policy for perishable goods?
Due to the nature of our products, we cannot accept returns. However, if there is an issue with the quality or accuracy of your order, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery for a full refund or replacement.
