This 100% raw honey is from Will & Connie's farm Mussett Holdings - located in Colo Vale. It is made with pure nectar from their farm - collected from the variety of flowers, plants and trees on their bio-dynamic farm. 

This variety is Mixed Native - harvested from a variety of native flowers including Waratahs which has given this honey a dark rich colour and flavour.
